  • Are there penthouses?
    • No we do not have Penthouses, we have top most floors subject to availability on the booking schedule

  • How many parking slots does each house get?
      1. One bedroom apartment- 1 parking space.
      2. Two bedroom apartment- 1 parking space.
      3. Three bedroom apartment- 2 parking spaces.

      NOTE: In case you have more vehicles than the allocated slot(s), you will have the privilege of parking in other parking slots within the wider development. A card/sticker will be issued at a minimal fee.
      Visitors parking will be provided within the apartment block (s).

  • What are common service charges per month for Cascadia apartments?
    • Between Kes 9,400 p.m to Kes 14,900 depending on the unit typology

  • Is the showhouse ready for Cascadia and what are the timelines for viewing?

    • There are 14 floors in each of the 5 blocks. Each block has a minimum of 2 residential lounges occupying 2 floors per lounge at certain predefined intervals. The top most floor has a sky/roof garden (see renders on website) .

  • Are the apartments at Two Rivers the most luxurious so far in Nairobi?
    • Yes, considering the Two Rivers 102 mixed use development is not comparable with any other development in Nairobi due to a number of factors:

      • Located in close proximity to the blue diplomatic zone of Gigiri. The only apartments in Nairobi giving a 7-aside soccer pitch as part of the amenities.
      • Two Rivers development has a fully functional police station with armed police forces manning all the entry and exit points and conducting 24 hrs patrol within the entire development.
      • Water Sustainability- Two Rivers development has a fully functional 2 million litres/day water treatment plant and a 1.8 million litres/day water recycling plant. As a result, every development (including apartments) gets portable water in the tap 24 hrs. The recycling plant helps recover 80% of all the waste water generated within the development and is utilized for secondary purposes e.g. irrigation, cleaning and fire fighting.

  • What is the procedure for buying an apartment at Two Rivers?
      • Select a unit, pay 10% and sign the offer letter
      • After 2 months, sign the sale agreement (agreement for lease) and pay another 10%
      • The balance of 80% is payable in flexible installments over the construction period.
